Scaling Heights™

An intensive leadership development program for a select group of women leaders, spread over a period of 10 to 12 months. This focused program leverages a variety of learning methods such as classroom training, online engagement, webinars, coaching & mentoring for maximum impact. The program has a high success rate of 95% women experiencing growth within a year of participating in it.

ABC of Success

A small group coaching program for women. Ideal size is limited to 6-8 members. Spread over 8 half day sessions, the key benefit of the program is that it works with selected key themes and systematically delivers change in mindsets and behaviors. Small groups with similar coaching goals are grouped together.

Scaling The Maternal Wall

A program for women returning from maternity. Research reveals that this is the most vulnerable p hase in a woman’s career, in terms of professional growth and the leaking pipeline. It provides a supportive net through face-to-face and telephonic sessions to minimize the impact of this phase on a woman’s career.
