Malini MN

Malini M.N has a post graduation in English Literature from the University of Madras, a diploma in training from Indian Society for Training and development and an LLB from Ambedkar Law college, affiliated to Osmania University. She is also a certified NLP Practioner. 

She has been in the training domain for over a decade. She has worked in organizations like GE, Sutherland Global Services and Deloitte, where she developed content and delivered programs to over 1000 associates in behavioral skills, soft skills, and Voice and accent training.

Over the past few years, she has been freelancing with different corporate companies and academic sectors, where she has established a good client base for handling behavioral skills training programs like gender sensitivity, primordial strategies for corporate success, etc.

She has recently entered the legal space, where she has 2 years of court experience as an Advocate in Anti-corruption bureau and criminal matters.  She also drafts petitions, represents matters and extends legal advice to clients.

She is an avid reader. At Leisure, she spends time reading novels, Legal books, and The Hindu.
