Navitha Muniraju

Navitha Muniraju is a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant with over a decade experience in Human Resources Development and Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) functions. She was leading the D&I function at Infosys Limited and her areas of expertise are related to Gender, LGBTQIA, Disability, Culture, Multi-generational workforce and Working parents.

Navitha has worked on a number of projects with companies spanning across industries such as IT & ITES, Banking and financial services, Microfinance, BPO and Consulting that focused on understanding the organization’s D&I challenges and creating strategic programs to foster equality and an inclusive culture.

She also has experience in conducting assessments and analysis of diverse workforce metrics. 

Navitha holds an MBA degree in Human Resources and Marketing. She believes that every individual should be treated equally and receive the same opportunities regardless of who they are and how they identify themselves.
