Saroma Srinidhi is a communications professional with over 7 years of experience in the IT industry. She is a writer by skill, but enjoys working on events, creating intranet portals and driving employee engagement. Saroma is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion at the workplace and helps with managing the online communities at Parity Consulting.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Psychology from Mount Carmel College and an MBA in Communication Management from Symbiosis International University.
