She has worked in a multi-cultural environment and geographically distributed teams across Europe and the Asia Pacific.
She has a strong process-oriented approach and applies the same diligently thereby achieving business success and customer satisfaction. Her interpersonal and mentoring skills have helped her to be a successful competency development manager as well.
In her most recent assignment, she had served as one of the Sub-segment Heads in Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited managing a group of 100+ employees in Enterprise Security Product Development within the Building Technologies segment.
