Once you complete the assessment, you will get a detailed report with a profile of relative strengths and areas for improvement, in the form of scores. It offers a brief description of what each parameter means, and its importance for career development and advancement. Examining your scores on these constructs can yield a picture of relative strengths and areas of development.
