Meena Jagtiani

Meena has 3 decades of diverse work experience with leading organizations across sectors and functions. She developed the ability to understand emerging Industries, develop successful strategies, build goal-oriented teams and create and nurture a high-performance culture. Her unique experience in Sales & Marketing and Strategy Consulting prior to moving to HR built an in-depth understanding of business to create impactful HR strategies and interventions. She brings significant experience in working with senior leaders and driving the HR Agenda to deliver Business outcomes. 

Her last assignment was with the Aditya Birla Group – a USD 42Bn conglomerate with diversified businesses globally.  In her 11 years with the Group, she was part of the Senior Management team and was responsible for multiple roles. In her last role, as Chief People Officer – Textiles, Overseas Spinning & Acrylic Fibre Business she provided Strategic direction and led the HR function for the 3 Businesses globally. Prior to this, she was Group Head Talent Staffing & Employer Branding – Group Human Resources where she was responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand of the Group globally.

She has honed her skills and gathered valuable experience while working with, IBM Daksh, Cerebrus, Korn/Ferry International, A F Ferguson, CMC Ltd. & NIIT. She leverages her strong operating and consulting experience to influence and provide solutions to leadership teams. Her business understanding and process orientation enable her to develop and institutionalize solutions on a global scale.

She is an MBA from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and has completed an Executive Development Program from the University of Pennsylvania – Wharton Business School. In addition, she holds several professional certifications.
