Shubha Apte

Shubha brings more than 30 years of business experience to her executive coaching, facilitating & consulting work. She has diverse industry experience having worked with multinational organizations, managing & leading large scale Transformation Programs, Technology Integration Programs, driving change management and quality improvement initiatives & setting up Technology captive centers.

She has also played an instrumental role in creating learning strategy, as well as facilitating organizational effectiveness initiatives globally. Shubha is an expert in Managing Change and Transformation. She is familiar with all aspects of organization development and has extensive experience and exposure to developing and implementing programs, which make a significant impact to the business and the individuals.

Shubha has worked with companies like Blue Star, Escorts, Motorola, Dell, Thomson Reuters, and TCS. Since August 2015, Shubha has been actively involved in coaching leaders, helping companies with process quality initiatives, designing and delivering workshops, evaluating Action Learning programs for corporates, helping startups with Organization Development initiatives. Her most recent accomplishment has been leading a “Women In Leadership” academy for Linkage Inc. in India.Shubha is passionate about developing women leaders and facilitating their career success.

She is also associated as a Mentor with Mentor Together, an NGO that helps young people with disadvantage backgrounds break the inequality of opportunity.

She is a Certified Executive Coach from Coaching Foundation of India(CFI) & Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching(MGSCC).
