Vanya is a law Graduate (LL.B.) from Symbiosis Society’s Law College, Pune,

Maharashtra and a Member of Bar Association of Maharashtra and Goa. She’s been practicing law in Pune since 2006 with expertise in:

• Real estate acquisition, conveyancing, negotiation and advisory, having delivered precise resolutions to complex legal issues for real estate transactions within constricted time frame.
• Transactional analysis, legal writing and skilled legal research; conducting arbitration matters including resolution of commercial disputes;
• Corporate – compliance & advisory including litigation support;
• Policy formulation and actively conducting trainings for corporates with special focus on POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment);

She’s been engaged as an external counsel since 2014 for some of the top Law firms in the country, such as Trilegal, J. Sagar Associates, S & R Associates, and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
